This paper shall discuss the similarities and the point of differences between cyber-crimes and white-collar crimes. Additionally, this paper shall also present arguments by the author as to can we consider this act, as a new variation of crime which constitutes of not only cyber-crime but also white-collar crime. Furthermore, the author is of the opinion that new legislations will be required to be implemented because cyber-crime is a type of crime that knows no boundaries in territories of a state as it is a type of crime that can be commissioned remotely, while white-collar crime is a heinous crime against the public at large. Thus, the author is vocal about the need for judicial reforms.
